A group of strangers who started at a gym outside of New York City with the goal of being fit quickly formed an unbreakable bond that would strengthen when hit with the Covid-19 pandemic. In person turned virtual and in spite of this unprecedented time in history, we continued our commitment to ourselves and to each other to get into the best shape of our lives. Soon we realized that the physical benefits were just as powerful as the emotional benefits. This daily hour allowed us all to retain some normalcy and maintain a well-needed routine to start our days in a positive frame of mind.
Instructor spotlight: Jennifer B.
Jennifer began as an endurance athlete in adventure racing and ultra marathons and took her passion to become a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, and cycling instructor. As a fitness enthusiast she shares her knowledge and experience to inspire others to go beyond their fitness goals and begin a lifelong journey of empowerment through fitness. She has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry as well as a teaching degree in history, and is the mother of two children.
